Mrs. Karataş, who joined Esenyel Partners Law Office as a trainee lawyer in 2023, was registered to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2024 and continues to work as a lawyer in our office.

Using her legal and maritime knowledge in the field of Maritime Law, Betül Karataş manages the litigation processes especially in relation to Precautionary attachment of Ships, cargo damages, crew injury/death claims, collision, grounding, recourse claims of insurance companies. She also advises Turkish and foreign clients on contract drafting, negotiation and International Sanctions Law.
