Burcu Tuna Ayna joined Esenyel Partners Law Firm in 2025 as a senior lawyer and team leader. She has experience in maritime trade law in particular, as well as in dispute resolution arising from commercial conflicts, review and negotiation of contracts, insolvency and liquidation, purchase and sale of ships and aircraft, providing legal advice to domestic and foreign financial institutions on ship and aircraft financing, negotiation of shipbuilding contracts, execution of cross-border transactions such as acquisitions and leasing, as well as insurance and aviation law.

Burcu Tuna Ayna provides legal consultancy to ship agents, port operators, shipyards, shipping companies, domestic and foreign shipowners, P&I clubs, banks and financial institutions, and aviation companies on matters relating to maritime, aviation, and insurance law. In addition, she advises local and global high-profile clients on day-to-day matters as well as high-value commercial disputes.
