Hande graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2014.
Prior to joining Esenyel Law Firm in 2022, Hande worked for the corporate law department of a first-tier law firm. Throughout her career, she has represented various multinational and national companies on mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of joint ventures, conduct daily business local companies.
Hande focuses on all aspects of the contracts, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law in the maritime sector.
Hande, currently works at Esenyel&Partners Law Firm, the fields of Corporate Law, Maritime Law, Contractual Law, Client negotiations, mediations, and settlement.
