Mrs. Gül joined Esenyel Partners Law Firm as an associate in 2024 and has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Personal Data Law, Trademark and Patent Law, Contracts Law and Regulatory Compliance. She has extensive expertise in digital transformation processes, data protection, intellectual property rights and commercial contracts and provides strategic legal advice to local and foreign companies.
In her career, she has guided companies in the energy and technology sectors on legal compliance and risk management issues, helping them to conduct their operational activities within the legal framework.
