CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW ARBITRATION FEE SCHEDULE

The Civil Procedure Law Arbitration Fee Schedule, published by the Ministry of Justice on September 30, 2022, in Official Gazette No. 31969, has come into effect. With this schedule, the previous Civil Procedure Law Arbitration Fee Schedule, published on October 2, 2021, in Official Gazette No. 31616, has been repealed. All provisions and fees in the new schedule are the same as those in the previous schedule.

CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW WITNESS FEE SCHEDULE

The Civil Procedure Law Witness Fee Schedule, published by the Ministry of Justice on September 30, 2022, in Official Gazette No. 31969, came into effect on October 1, 2022. This repealed the previous Civil Procedure Law Witness Fee Schedule, published on October 2, 2021, in Official Gazette No. 31616. According to the new schedule, under Article 3 of the previous schedule, a witness was paid between 25.00 and 50.00 TRY for the time lost due to their testimony. In the new schedule, the payment range for the witness under Article 3 has changed to 40.00 to 80.00 TRY.

CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW EXPENSE ADVANCE SCHEDULE

The Civil Procedure Law Expense Advance Schedule, published by the Ministry of Justice on September 30, 2022, in Official Gazette No. 31969, has come into effect on October 1, 2022. This repealed the previous Civil Procedure Law Expense Advance Schedule, published on October 20, 2021, in Official Gazette No. 31616. According to the changes in the new schedule, the expense advance amount, previously set at 130 TRY under Article 4 in the old schedule, has been increased to 150 TRY in the new schedule.
