In line with this vision, we delved into the intricacies of maritime law and its legal practice during an online event organized in collaboration with the Bilkent University Bilkent Law Community and the Istanbul University Hukuk Atölyesi Kulübü (Law Workshop Club).

Key Highlights from the Event

• Multifaceted Legal Proceedings: The legal processes encountered in maritime commerce and logistics operations were evaluated, alongside the reflection of international conventions on local practice.
• Strategic Risk Management: By focusing on the international operational structure required by the industry, crisis management and dispute resolution mechanisms in maritime law practice were elaborated upon.
